We collect no personal data. FuelTrail has no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no crash-reporting SDKs and no tracking of any kind. Vehicles, fill-ups and service records that you enter are stored only on your device.
All data is processed on-device only, to compute your fuel economy, costs, insights, streaks and reminders. No processing happens on any server.
We share nothing. There are no third parties. When you choose to export or back up your data, the file is handed to your device's own share sheet under your control.
Your records are stored in a local Hive database encrypted with a key held
in the platform's secure storage (flutter_secure_storage / Android Keystore).
The data never leaves the device.
Data remains until you delete it. You can remove individual records, or erase everything at once via Settings → Clear all data. Uninstalling the app also removes all data.
FuelTrail has no sign-up, no login and no user profiles. You start using it immediately.
FuelTrail collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. No personal information is ever gathered, so there is nothing to collect from minors.
Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. You control all data directly: edit or delete records in-app, or clear everything from Settings.
FuelTrail integrates no third-party SDKs, no cloud services and no external APIs. It functions entirely offline.
The app requests only the INTERNET permission, used solely to render this privacy
policy page inside an in-app viewer. It does not transmit your data. No camera, location, storage,
contacts or notification permissions are requested.
Consistent with our Google Play Data Safety declaration: no data is collected and no data is shared. All functionality is on-device.

FuelTrail is designed to comply with GDPR and CCPA by collecting no personal data at all. The app is published under an organization Google Play account. As no personal data is processed, data-subject requests are satisfied inherently by your on-device control of the data.
